This A2 triangular postal tube measures 640 x 100 x 100mm and is designed for securely posting posters, prints, artwork and other long, rigid items. It is ideally suited to A2 documents, while also comfortably accommodating smaller formats such as A3 without excessive rolling.
The triangular format, often referred to as a triangular postal box, creates reinforced edges and improved crush resistance compared with round tubes, while remaining lightweight for postal use.
Manufactured from high quality kraft B flute corrugated board, these tubes offer a consistent balance of rigidity and material weight. B flute refers to the corrugation profile, which is well suited to postal packaging where strength and presentation both matter. Once erected, the triangular shape helps prevent movement on conveyor systems and stops the tube rolling during handling.
The roll-up design folds quickly along pre-creased panels and is secured using a full length peel and seal strip, removing the need for tape. Tuck-in end tabs add further security at each end, creating multiple layers of board where impact is most likely.
Supplied in packs of 25, with a pallet quantity of 1600 units. All tubes are delivered flat packed to reduce storage space and inbound transport costs.
