Found the cardboard vinyl record packages thin and not that rigid. Worried about the record being bent in transit. I have received records from record shops by mail and found the cardboard packages a lot more robust

Thanks for your feedback, you have nothing to worry about regarding the quality as this product was created on behalf of one of our largest vinyl sellers and has been used to ship thousands of records across the UK and into Europe, and we've had no report of damages. We've also tested it against our competitors and it is equally as strong, at a lower price point and with a superior glue quality and a stronger sealing strip.
We did notice that your order was for 20 x samples, so you got this item at 33p per unit when it should have been 43p per unit - we are more than happy for you to send back any that you haven't used and so long as they are in a saleable condition we'll reimburse you.

Fast delivery. Excellent item, perfect for safe delivery of vinyl lps. Solid construction, adhesive on label spot on. Only point would be flap partially covers Fragile warning words when closed.

Great Kraft packaging that is intelligently designed. In fact the first one is a good puzzle to work out (some instructions here on the board might be helpful.) Love the sturdy protection and i have no worries about posting rare or valuable records inside this. Delivery was perfect and to schedule so thanks for adding value to what i am selling.
Support was excellent and, as a result, I got exactly what I was looking for. The product is extremely well-made.
The strong vinyl packaging is truly the best I've found with one exception. The glue on them is ultra sticky which is great but the protective paper that stops them sticking together is either not applied properly or missing on some so the boxes tend to stick together and as a result they rip when trying to separate them. If this could be fixed it would be great

Recently bought cardboard post tubes as the ones I'd bought previously from Amazon were quite flimsy. Was delighted when these ones arrived top quality and very reasonably priced especially with the initial discount. When I'd registered I then ordered before I recieved a discount code for my first order. I sent an e-mail explaining this and was instantly given a refund to the value of the discount code. Very strong and rigid envelopes that can be sent as Letter sized post if you keep the thickness at 5mm or below.
I received the wrong order, but this was rectified the same day and my correct order arrived the following morning. Cannot fault them. Thank you.
