FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £150 (EX VAT) SHIPPED TO THE UK

Please note:
At present, we are unable to offer free shipping to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and offshore locations due to variable carrier surcharges. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are actively working with our delivery partners to find a viable solution and hope to reinstate free shipping to these regions in the future. If you require palletised shipments, please contact us directly for tailored pricing.

Delivery Times – Stock Items

Orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Thursday, will typically be delivered within 48 hours.
Orders placed before 3pm on Fridays will usually be delivered the following Tuesday.
During peak season, delivery times can vary, please contact us if your order is urgent.

Bespoke Packaging & Custom Tape Lead Times

Lead times for bespoke packaging and custom-printed tape vary depending on the product specification, order volume, and print requirements. These products are made to order and are not subject to the standard 48-hour delivery timeframe. Estimated lead times are provided at the point of quotation or checkout.

If you require expedited production or shipping, please contact us - we will do our best to accommodate your request wherever possible.

We currently ship online orders to UK addresses only.

For overseas deliveries, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Special Requirements

If you have specific delivery instructions, restricted delivery windows, or particular goods-in procedures, please notify us before placing your order. We pride ourselves on flexibility and will work with you to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Failed Deliveries – Palletised Shipments

For palletised shipments, if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to issues at your site (including but not limited to access restrictions, incorrect delivery information, or no one available to receive the goods), a recharge of 65% of our original delivery cost will apply for a second delivery attempt (this applies even where free shipping was included with your order). Any additional costs incurred as a result of the failed delivery will also be chargeable.

All pallet deliveries are curb side - if you require special delivery instructions such as tail lifts, please contact us to quote.
