Vinyl Record Stiffeners, also known as vinyl layer pads or cards, are 12-inch corrugated inserts designed to add extra protection when shipping or storing vinyl records.

Give your vinyl shipments an extra layer of protection with our premium cardboard stiffeners. Made from 150KT B flute corrugated board and cut to a generous 320 x 320 mm size, these inserts extend fully to the edges of standard 12" records – unlike many smaller alternatives that leave corners exposed. 

While our vinyl mailers are designed to provide all-round protection on their own, these stiffeners are a smart add-on when posting high-value or collectible records. Slide one in on either side of your record when using our premium wrap around vinyl mailer for extra rigidity and peace of mind in transit.
