These 0427-style large ecommerce postal boxes are produced from 150KTB corrugated board, giving a higher level of resistance to crushing and sidewall deformation compared to lighter grades. The interlocking construction removes the need for tape during assembly, which keeps your packing stations tidy and helps maintain consistent packing speeds.
The larger internal format (347 x 223 x 153mm) is ideal for clothing, multi-unit orders, bundled products, homeware, or any item that needs additional space without compromising protection. Each box is supplied flat-packed to optimise storage capacity and can be assembled swiftly as orders are processed.
