We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you were able to source the machine you needed. Firstly we apologise that our external courier TNT could not provide tracking info quickly enough to resolve the issue, we tried to call you on the 0800 number provided prior to delivery, as there was some confusion on the address you gave us, but we were unable to reach anyone.
We appreciate we could have acted quicker with our courier, however the underlying issue remains that they could not find your address. We of course cancelled and refunded your order in full, as requested.
