What are the turnaround times?
Production typically takes 10–20 working days depending on demand. Please contact us to confirm current lead times before ordering.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by tape type and number of print colours. As a guide, self-adhesive custom tape usually starts from 1 box (36 rolls).
Are the tapes recyclable?
Paper self-adhesive and water-activated paper are recyclable with cardboard streams.
PP and PVC are not typically curbside recyclable and may require specialist waste channels.
Do you provide samples or proofs?
Yes. We can supply material samples and a digital artwork proof prior to production.
Can I order multiple designs?
Often yes, provided the total order meets the overall MOQ. Many customers split designs for seasonal or promotional variants.
What widths and lengths are available?
Common sizes are 48 mm × 66 m for self-adhesive and 70 mm × 100 m for water-activated. Other widths and lengths are available on request.
How should I store paper tapes?
Paper self-adhesive tapes have a shelf life. Store in a dark area, keep cartons well wrapped to reduce moisture loss, and avoid direct sunlight to maintain adhesive performance.
Which tape should I choose for heavy cartons?
For heavier loads or recycled board, choose PVC self-adhesive with solvent adhesive or water-activated reinforced gummed tape for the strongest carton bond.
