The VF4 is a high capacity paper void fill dispenser that works with 700mm wide paper material in a variety of weights. Being roll-fed, it lasts much longer between refills, and the lengths can be programmed into the unit to help reduce void fill wastage. The unit also features usage tracking, so you can closely monitor how much void fill is used over a period of time to gain better control over packaging material spend for your business.
When the paper is dispensed, the machine pre-forms it to create the perfect cushion to prevent damage to your products during shipping. The VF4 void fill machine is easy to deploy, thanks to its solid construction and sturdy castor wheels, it can be quickly relocated between packing stations.
It's also very simple to operate, with a foot operated switch and programmable void fill lengths.
