FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER £150 (EX VAT) SHIPPED TO THE UK.
Order before 3pm Monday to Thursday and we’ll aim to
deliver within 72 hours
Order before 3pm Friday and we’ll aim to
deliver the following Wednesday.
We currently only ship orders placed online within the UK, please contact us should you be interested in placing an order to be shipped overseas.
If you have specific goods in or shipping requirements please contact us first, we can be flexible and we will always do our best to ensure the best experience for our customers.
If it’s not right, return it
At The Packaging Club, we’re committed to helping you find the right packaging for every product and purpose. So if your order arrives and it isn’t right, return it to us within 30 days and we’ll give you a refund, credit, or arrange for a new order to be sent.
All we ask is that you call us first to get your returns number and return address, then send everything back in the same condition as it arrived, with your dispatch note.
Faulty Items
Every care is taken to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition. But if something should happen, and your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us on [email protected]. We will arrange a collection and credit, exchange or refund – naturally, at no extra cost to you.
Specially sourced or bespoke packaging
As you know, we’re dedicated to helping you find the right packaging, and sometimes this means that we have to specially source or customise packaging to meet your requirements. When this is the case, products can’t be returned unless they’re faulty.
If you have a problem with custom made packaging or specially sourced products, including any products with a delivery time longer than up to 48 hours, please contact us and we'll do everything we can to help. But remember, these orders cannot be cancelled or returned once they’ve been confirmed.
